Gilmer County had the most rural property and land for sale. There were 7,621 acres of sold land in Georgia recorded in January through the Lands of America sales program. This reflects a 20 percent change in sales activity over the month before, with a combined land value of $21 million for all property and land sold in the state. Emanuel and Jefferson County had the most land sales recently in the state.
